FAQ

Your Questions Answered

Do I need experience to benefit from this?

Not at all! Our analysis is valuable whether you’re a beginner looking to build good habits, a recreational runner staying injury-free, or a competitive athlete chasing performance gains.

What should I bring to my session?

Bring your running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing, preferably form-fitting gear like spandex, as it helps us capture the most accurate motion analysis. If you train in multiple pairs of shoes, feel free to bring them along for comparison.

How long does the session take?

A typical running analysis takes about 45-60 minutes, including setup, treadmill running, motion capture, and review of your results.

Do I get a report to keep?

Yes! You’ll get a detailed running analysis report with your efficiency score, injury-risk profile, performance metrics, and customized action plan.

What if I’m currently injured?

Running analysis can still be useful. While we won’t push you beyond your comfort, we can often identify movement patterns contributing to your injury and recommend modifications to support your recovery.

How is this different from other running clinics?

We combine elite-level 3D motion capture and pressure mapping with the Aletheia Run Wearable, giving you insights that don’t just stay in the lab — they carry with you into real-world training.

When are appointments available?

We currently offer sessions on Fridays from 12 PM – 4 PM at our Eugene, Oregon lab. Spots are limited, so booking in advance is recommended.
