Running feels natural but inefficiencies in form and hidden imbalances can lead to injury or hold you back from reaching your goals. At Aletheia Run, we provide a clear, data-driven understanding of your movement so you can:
Run Faster & Smarter – Learn how to maximize stride efficiency.
Prevent Injuries – Identify risks before they become problems.
Train with Confidence – Personalized feedback tailored to your body.
Your session is a deep dive into how you move. By the end, you will recieve a full report and export feedback tailored to your running style.
We start by equipping you with the Aletheia Run Wearable for real-time insights into performance, diagnostics, and Force Portrait™ analysis.
Using our OptiTrack 8-camera system, we capture your movement in millimeter-level detail.
Run on our H/P Cosmos treadmill with Zebris sensors, paired with Noraxon analysis software, to measure pressure distribution and ground forces.
You’ll receive a 3DMA biomechanical report, explained clearly, with targeted recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk.
We combine world-class research-grade tools with innovative wearables for the most complete analysis available.

Not sure where to begin? Let's talk it through. Reach out to a member of our team to find out if a running analysis is the right next step for you.
Not at all! Our analysis is valuable whether you’re a beginner looking to build good habits, a recreational runner staying injury-free, or a competitive athlete chasing performance gains.
Bring your running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing, preferably form-fitting gear like spandex, as it helps us capture the most accurate motion analysis. If you train in multiple pairs of shoes, feel free to bring them along for comparison.
A typical running analysis takes about 45-60 minutes, including setup, treadmill running, motion capture, and review of your results.
Yes! You’ll get a detailed running analysis report with your efficiency score, injury-risk profile, performance metrics, and customized action plan.
Running analysis can still be useful. While we won’t push you beyond your comfort, we can often identify movement patterns contributing to your injury and recommend modifications to support your recovery.
We combine elite-level 3D motion capture and pressure mapping with the Aletheia Run Wearable, giving you insights that don’t just stay in the lab — they carry with you into real-world training.
We currently offer sessions on Fridays from 12 PM – 4 PM at our Eugene, Oregon lab. Spots are limited, so booking in advance is recommended.
