1. Data Deletion Method
Aletheia Run provides a direct and secure method for users to delete their data:
In-App Deletion Request
You can delete your account and associated data directly within the Aletheia Run app. This option is available to logged-in users only to ensure secure verification.

Confirmation
After the deletion is complete, you will receive a notification confirming that your data has been successfully deleted.

2. Scope of Data Deletion
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- All performance data and diagnostic metrics
- Activity data
What We Retain
- Stripe Transaction History
We are legally required to retain payment transaction records. These cannot be deleted. - Aggregated, Anonymized Data
We retain anonymized data used for research and performance insights. This data is not personally identifiable. - Personal Information
Your name, email, physical address, etc.
3. Data Retention After Deletion
Immediate Deletion
All deletable data is removed from our active systems immediately after a deletion request is processed.
Backups
While deleted data may remain in system backups, these backups are inaccessible for active use and are retained for up to 1 year. After that period, they are automatically purged.
4. Verification Process
To protect your privacy, deletion requests require verification:
- You must be logged into your account to delete your data.
- This ensures only the rightful owner of the data can make the request.
